Lodge Visitation Award

Hendersonville Lodge #359 F&AM

Free & Accepted Masons of Tennessee

2026 Visitation Awards

The purpose of this award will be to encourage visitation and traveling among brothers not only in our district, but beyond and being an active part of the brotherhood and fellowship that exists within our great fraternity!

When a brother travels to another lodge they should always sign in.  Brothers  may send a photo or the registration book (make sure Lodge, location, and date are clear)  OR individuals may fill out the attached google form and that will register attendance.

Visits may count for any Masonic Lodge stated meeting or degree (any tiled meeting).  Attendance for affiliated bodies in a lodge (OES, DeMolay, Rainbow, Shrine Club, Grotto, York Rite Bodies or Scottish Rite clubs do not count for this award).

1.        If a brother is a plural member, they will not receive credit for attending those meetings, as a meeting of a plural lodge is not “visitation” (you should be at those anyway!).

2.        Visitation is encouraged at ANY Lodge that is recognized by the Grand Lodge of Tennessee, so out of state/country lodges and PHA affiliates in recognition all are counted!

3.        A visit should be from the opening until the closing gavel of a meeting.

4.        The goal is to provide an updated report monthly with data so that lodges and brethren can see progress.

5.        The dates for attendance will be from January 1, 2026-December 11, 2026 (the week before our last stated meeting); this will allow time to compile all results and prepare a presentation to the brother with the most visits.
