Some important items for Feb/Mar and beyond!!!

There will be a slight delay in the Feb. Trestleboard due to my schedule, HOWEVER, here are a few important things you need to know about from tonight's Stated Meeting:

We have scheduled an EA Degree for Mr. Jesse Ryan Cassidy on March 3rd eat 6/work 7.  Please make plans to attend!  This is our first degree for 2026!

March 7 at King Solomon (Gallatin), 8am breakfast/9 work: area School of Instruction.  ALL may attend!  

Check Grandview for info on Annual Grand Lodge meeting and times:  March 25-26 

April 11, District 12 annual meeting in Macon Co., Dinner at 6.  All invited (including families) no charge, HOWEVER, you MUST let the Secretary (ME!!!) know before April 1 so he can send that information in.  

Probably, Sept 4, Official Visit; eat 6/work 7 (details later)

And:  time to reach into your piggy bank!  You probably know that the decking on the platforms in the South and North had rotted through and this has all now been replaced.  Our cost to put carpet back on will be $2378.15.  You may also know that our funds are pretty tight.  So, one of the things we need is to raise this amount asap (before March 9 when bid date expires).  If you would like to contribute ANY amount to this project, please let me (Secretary Phillips) know; you may pay via Venmo or Zelle to him, or you may want to mail a check or drop one by (Hendersonville Lodge #359, POBox 633, Hendersonville, TN  37077).  It would be great to have all of this completed before Grand Lodge in March.  We CAN do this, so I ask each of you to dig down and give what you can!
